Biography:

A B Siddik is a doctoral candidate at the School of the Environment, State Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Resources Reuse, Nanjing University, Nanjing, China. Before that, Mr. Siddik earned a Master of Science in Forestry Engineering with the highest distinction conceivable from the department. The Chinese Government Scholarship Council (CSC Scholarship) provides complete funding for both programs. Regarding research, Mr. Siddik is multidisciplinary. In addition to environmental engineering, he conducts psychological research, focusing on the mental health of children and adolescents. He has authored several articles in this regard. His research concentrates primarily on the effects of climate change on mental health, education, criminology, mental health, quantitative methodologies, and other fields. Siddik, in addition to his academic and research pursuits, is the current president of the Bangladesh-China Youth Student Association (BCYSA), whose mission is to foster an optimistic relationship between China and Bangladesh. Furthermore, Siddik established the online psychological counseling platform "Accountability Partner." By participating in several social welfare organizations and actively engaging on social media, he raises awareness among the youth of Bangladesh. He has authored six books and has several more in the works, as he has a literati mind. Engaging in travel and cultural immersion, working in diverse nations, establishing meaningful connections with local communities, exchanging perspectives on global issues, investigating novel approaches to addressing socio-global challenges, and actively participating in social initiatives that prioritize the betterment of humanity are all aspects of his interests.
