Mr. Maruf Hasan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Administration at the College of Public Administration, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, under the prestigious Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC). He previously completed his Master’s degree in Administrative Management from HUST and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Manarat International University, Bangladesh. His research interests encompass a wide range of areas, including Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, E-Government, Good Governance, and the Application of Technology in the Public Sector. Mr. Hasan has held several leadership positions throughout his academic and professional journey. He is the former President of the Bangladesh China Youth Student Association (BCYSA) and currently serves as the Joint Secretary of the Association of Bangladesh China Alumni (ABCA). Additionally, he served as the President of the Manarat International University Business Club (MIUBC), where he played an instrumental role in fostering student engagement and leadership development. Alongside his academic and organizational pursuits, Mr. Hasan has been actively involved in various volunteer initiatives. He is recognized for his strong organizational skills, dedication, and commitment to community service.
