Sayed Jobaer obtained his B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Daffodil International University, in 2014. He obtained his master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2021 under the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship. He is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student in the College of Information Science and Technology at Donghua University, Shanghai, China, under the Shanghai Government Scholarship (SGS). He has more than 4 years working experience as a network engineer in different fields and countries. He is currently working on Vehicle to Vehicle communication based on UAV and existing Cellular Network. His main research interests are sensor network, Internet of things and device to device communication, and computer vision. Currently, he is the media head of Donghua University songjiang campus international student association (SCISA).
