Kawsar Ahmed, the newly elected “Research and Development Secretary”, who also successfully administered as in the same position responsibilities of the Bangladesh-China Youth Student Association (BCYSA) for last year's executive committee. Mr. Kawsar Ahmed is a Ph.D. candidate at Central South University in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, who is studying a major in Applied Statistics. Currently, he is working to develop the estimation methods for observed and unobserved data with causal inference and machine learning. In addition, Mr. Ahmed contributes many scientific research collaborative studies, monitoring, and evaluation reports including both government and non-government organizations, respectively. Besides, he is a data management expert for the development sector as well as an instructor of research methodology, SPSS, STATA, and R programming languages for academic institutions. On the one hand, Kawsar Ahmed is a lifetime member of the 'Bangladesh Statistical Association and a member of the 'International Chinese Statistical Association'. Kawsar Ahmed loves to be an extrovert and try to help young researcher's thesis project. He enjoys poetry writing and is an open-minded traveler who jumps on nature.
