Mr. Maruf Hasan is pursuing his Ph.D. in the College of Public Administration at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, under the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship. He earned his master’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Administrative Management and BBA degree from Manarat International University. His areas of research interest include Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, E-government, Good Governance, and Technology Use in the Public Sector. He is the former president of the Bangladesh China Youth Student Association (BCYSA). Currently, he also serves as the joint secretary of the Association of Bangladesh China Alumni (ABCA). He was the former president of the Manarat International University Business Club (MIUBC). He was actively involved in several volunteer organizations as well. Mr. Maruf is a hard-working and dedicated person with strong organizational skills and likes volunteering.
